Our Story
We were tired of spices with no soul — adulterated, rushed, soulless. So we went back to the source. Pavansut is what happens when tradition refuses to compromise.
01
Pavansut was born in Gujarat — a state that has been the heartbeat of India's spice trade for centuries. Our founders grew up watching grandmothers grind fresh masalas at dawn, infusing every meal with colour, warmth, and intention. We asked: why did that stop?
02
Every Pavansut spice is sun-dried at its source, cleaned by hand, and stone-ground in small batches. We never use artificial colour, flow agents, or diluting fillers. What you open is exactly what the farmers grew — nothing added, nothing taken away.
No fillers. No flow agents. No artificial colour. Every jar contains exactly what the label says — nothing more.
We rely on natural drying at origin to lock in essential oils — the ones that make a spice actually smell and taste like something.
We partner directly with farmers in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. Fair price, long relationships, transparent sourcing.
Traditional stone grinding preserves the volatile oils that modern high-speed mills destroy. Slower is better — always.
We process in small runs to maintain freshness and quality control. Mass production is the enemy of flavour.
Not for display shelves. Pavansut is designed for people who actually cook — home chefs, grandmothers, dhaba owners, and food lovers.
